Steps for Managing your Parking Session at Tri-Rail
TriRail was built for operators who need more than a reservation page. We design the digital layer between visitors, parking assets, payment systems, validation rules, and destination behavior.
1
Register Your Easy Card
(For Tri-Rail Commuters)
Commuters must register their Easy Card and personal information using Tri-Rail’s verification form to receive monthly parking validation codes.

2
Start Your Parking Session
(For Tri-Rail Commuters and Non-Commuters)
Both commuters and non-commuters must use the Tri-Rail Parking Portal to begin their parking session. Although downloading the app is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged for regular users due to its convenience. Non-app users will need to manually input their vehicle and billing information each time they park.
3
Use Your Monthly Validation Code
(For Tri-Rail Commuters)
Commuters can use the monthly validation code to enjoy 12 hours of free parking per day. The code can only be used once per day, per user.
4
Parking for Non-Commuters
(For Tri-Rail Commuters)
Non-commuters are required to pay in advance for the use of the parking facility. Before leaving the premises, non-commuters must register their vehicle and payment details to complete the transaction and avoid penalties.
5
Enjoy Parking Benefits
(For Tri-Rail Commuters)
Commuters enjoy 12 hours of complimentary parking while using Tri-Rail services. If you need more time, remember to extend your parking session at the regular rate.
